Mail Group - Accounting

This tab, which appears on the Mail Group Properties dialog when mailbox accounting is enabled on the Mail Group Tab, configures the accounting period parameters of mailbox accounting.

Accounting Period
The option buttons should be used to set the reporting frequency to daily, weekly, monthly or annually.

Next Accounting Period...
The date pseudo list box reveals a calendar when selected in which today's date is clearly marked with a red circle. The accounting period start date commence on or after today, otherwise Mailtraq will be unable to produce reports automatically. Set the time at which the report should be generated (in 24 hour format) in the accompanying edit box.

Send a report to
If this option is checked Mailtraq sends reports to the mailslot selected in the drop down list. A full Internet address may also be entered.
