Using 'Contacts'

Background: Read about 'Working with Contacts & Address Books' as a first step.

Contact or Address Book information is available in the tree-view.

The menu items give you access to your Personal Address Book and other address books that you have permission to view - simply click on the address book or directory icon to open.

If other Users have shared their address books with you they will also be available here.

You may add contacts to your own Personal Address Book.

You may also have been given permission to add contacts to other Address books.

You can add an address to another Address Book by right-clicking on the chosen address, select 'Copy to ...' from the menu, and then select the desired location from the drop down list presented.

If you do not have permission to add an address to another book then a warning notice will be displayed. You should contact your Mailtraq Administrator who will be able to make the addition on you behalf or give you permission.
