Filter email into folders in EWA

You can define an unlimited number of filters to automatically move incoming mail into the appropriate folder. (You can have an unlimited number of folders, which can be nested).

Filters are executed in order, and the first matching filter for a particular message is used to route the message, and/or mark it as 'read'

Each filter can have one or more conditions, so quite complex rules can be quickly assembled.

As well as being executed in incoming mail, you can run selected filters on the mail which has already been received in a folder. This enables you to clean up folders without having to manually move the messages. 

The Filters dialog is set from Webmail Options | Mail Filters  Filters can be set on: From Name and Address To Field CC Field Subject Line as well as by Content, Message Size, and Message Priority, and Custom Header Field (in Advanced Mode).

Advanced Mode

Switching to Advanced Mode enables you to build more complex filters with multiple, concatenated conditions and logical deciders (matches any, matches all, etc).
