Configuration Tip: Read about 'Working with Contacts & Address Books' as a first step.

Addresses are accessed from the 'Contacts' entry in the main webmail menu.

WebMail supports Personal and Global addressbooks, as well as the Local Directory.
Addresses can be quickly entered for subsequent easy use in your own emails.
You can also enter supporting information about the contact - phone numbers, street address, etc.

'Contacts' can be copied from the Global Address Book (GAB) to Users Personal Address books. This can be useful when the GAB is very large and you want to keep a sub-set of contacts to hand.
Configuration Tip
Users who have Web Administrator privileges can also copy entries from their Personal Address Book to the Global Address Book - this is a quick and easy way to make minor additions to the Global Address Book.
