Local User Visibility

Local Users are not visible in the Mailtraq Contacts in Webmail or in the Mailtraq Assistant until you adjust the User's mailbox Properties in the Console view. 

To enable Local Users to be seen right-click on the Users mailbox in the Console to access the Mailbox Properties dialog.

Select the state you wish to use from the drop-down menu associated with the Local Directory Visibility entry.

Private (Owner)	Visibility restricted to the defined Owner of the mailslot
Protected (LAN)	Visibility restricted to any user on the defined Local Area Network
Public (Anybody)	Visible to any user
