If you are having problems configuring Mailtraq, and you have not been able to find the answer in the Knowledgebase - then we offer free email support for users with valid Upgrade Protection.

You must have valid Upgrade Protection, and be using at least the latest Release Version of Mailtraq. Please complete the form below, and a member of the support team will contact you as soon as possible.

You will need to tell us your Installation Id, the Version and Build and which Database Mailtraq is are using.
